Appraisal Services

Both George Shawah, Jr. and myself are certified as General Appraisers for the State of Connecticut. We are both designated members of the Appraisal Institute and hold the MAI designation.

Our appraisal experience covers the full spectrum from one family homes to office buildings, retail type properties, industrial buildings, and an occasional special purpose facility such as a golf course, marina, or church. The appraisals are narrative style reports that vary in detail depending on the needs of our clients. Our clients include local and national banks, lawyers, mortgage brokers, individuals, and private and public companies.

If the subject property is in the Greater Bridgeport Area, we can usually give a cost estimate and time frame for the job very quickly. Related services as a consultant or an expert witness are quoted on an hourly basis.
